After years of experience shaping surfboards and now moving into wake surfboards the knowledge gained has put us ahead of the status quo products on the market.
We start with EPS and XPS foam cores milled on our CNC.
The cores are then vacuum bagged with a layer of Innegra which is a woven polypropylene fabric. By vacuuming this layer we achieve near perfect resin to fiber ratios giving the board maximum strength yet still keeping weight to a minimum.
We then hand laminate S-Glass and finish the board to a gloss shine.
Additional options include wood inlays, carbon fiber and hollow boards.
